Kozhukkatta Saturday is the day before Palm Sunday. Kozhukkatta is a popular South Indian dumpling made from rice flour, with a filling of grated coconut, jaggery, or chakkavaratti. This traditional Kerala snack prepared by Kerala Christians on the Saturday before Palm Sunday.
